As a small business trying to bring our customers the best products and service possible we make an effort to process and post items the same day or day after items are purchased.
All items are refundable however, as we are a small company starting out producing limited items we take time in checking over the finer details, there should be no reason for damages however, if you find something you are not happy with or the item is not what you ordered please contact us straight away. You have 12 days from day of purchase & return to us with tags still intact. We do not cover costs for returned postage.
We want you to have the best experience with us so if, for some reason, you do decide you want a different item, colour or size we will offer you free postage on your exchange.
• The item must be in brand new condition.
• This must be within 12 days of the purchase date on your invoice.
• The buyer must contact us to order replacement before you send item back, which guarantees the item you would like is available.
• The buyer is responsible for any shipping charges. (unless for exchange)
• Upon the return the original order will be refunded for the item that was returned.
• Following all of these guidelines ensures your exchange will be processed as quickly as possible.
